The sales executive (Leon Wolf) at Renault Orpington was excellent. I have concerns about the safety inspection procedure in the workshops. Specifically, at hand over one of the wheel nuts was missing. This was spotted and corrected by Leon. Apart from this issue the overall experience was very positive.

My experience at Renault Orpington was cracking because my first contact with Leon Wolf was very easy and relaxed, my wife and I were very at ease with all the staff, including our dog, I came to check out another car and saw the Arkana, it really took us by surprise at how versatile it would be for our needs, test drive went well, felt right and really suited me, even my wife enjoyed it, all still very relaxed and no hurry at all, everything explained in great detail, overall, this is no street corner dealer, the part ex price offered was superb so looked to be a great deal at a price I wanted to pay, very impressed with the whole experience.
